The wife went to the Philippines twice during the Hydroglove times. I had three weeks of intense Hydroglove rubber fun. Like a desert, long rubber droughts were broken during these trips with extreme and frequent rubber storms. I view these times as extreme and intense thunderstorms seen on a parched desert. The storms bring the desert to life as plants bloom with glorious colors. Like the plants, the vivid and concentrated days in rubber brought out my ardent desire to worship rubber!
The 2013 session was cut short by a week when I had heart issues develop. I literally had "walking heart failure". No other description fits. I couldn't lay down without feeling like I was drowning. I scheduled an appointment and one day later drove to the clinic. My doctor took just a few minutes to declare I had to go to the hospital!
No one told me I had a mild heart attack but one week later, much fluid was removed from me, I felt better and the docs told me I needed an Implant Cardiac Device because of my extreme atrial fibrillations.
The implant was placed the last week of June. The docs also prescribed a heart regulating drug to strengthen and stabilize my heart beat.
The good news is my heart and my physical condition improved quickly. I also read up on what happened and learned that I could (and would) still be able to enjoy rubber. I didn't consult any of my physicians on this matter, maybe I should have but pretty much everything I read indicated my heart, being well regulated would be fine with the low level physical activity of my rubber sessions.
The wife being away during these sessions allowed me to display my domestic prowess with a vacuum cleaner.
